The FAA requires that aircraft are inspected on a regular basis to ensure that it  remains in airworthy condition.

It never is a good feeling when your inspector tells you that he/she has some concerns, however when the inspector finds an area of concern, he/she has done their job in keeping the aircraft airworthy, which will enable everyone involved to feel confident and safe.
